  I’ve worked closely with Chet and CTEKS for nearly eight years in my role overseeing IT and business systems for Stone Mountain Access Systems. During that time, Chet has become much more than an outside vendor. He knows our environment, understands how our branches operate, and takes ownership when something needs attention. When an issue affects operations, Chet responds quickly and stays involved until it is stable. More importantly, he does not stop at “fixed.” He works through the root cause, explains it clearly, documents the next steps, and puts monitoring or safeguards in place to reduce the chance of a repeat. That has been valuable across our servers, networks, Microsoft 365 environment, core business systems, and day-to-day user support. Chet and his team are also proactive about cybersecurity, hardware and software lifecycles, firewalls, backups, cloud costs, and larger infrastructure projects. His recommendations are practical, transparent, and based on what the business actually needs—not simply the most expensive option. Chet stays personally involved in the important issues and coordinates the CTEKS team well. They have earned the trust of our leadership and employees and function as an extension of our internal IT team.   CTEKS has provided exceptional service standards as our company was acquired and all employees had to be merged into the new parent company tenant. The team brought the technical expertise for this important milestone and led with advanced planning and project leadership. The communication prepared by CTEKS sent to our staff was professionally prepared with concise and detailed instructions. The client support has been incredible, the best I have personally experience over decades of work experience in my leadership roles.   We used CTEKS to help move one of our software customer's from a couple of on premises servers, to an Azure solution. Everything was done with the utmost professionalism and they had no trouble understanding some of the nuances of our software and accommodating them in the Azure environment. Have already recommending them to another customer wanting to do a similar move and would have no trouble recommending them to others.
